Welcome to Temadrop. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Temadrop is a file sharing platform that allows users to upload, store, share, and manage files. The service requires registration and offers users the ability to share files through unique links.

2. User Accounts

To use Temadrop, you must:

• Have a valid invitation code to register
• Create an account with a unique username and secure password
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Storage Limitations

Each user account is provided with a default storage limit of 1GB. Temadrop reserves the right to modify storage limits at any time. If you exceed your storage limit, you will not be able to upload additional files until you delete existing files to free up space.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to upload files with restricted extensions or file types that could compromise system security
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or computer systems

5. File Restrictions

Temadrop restricts certain file types for security reasons. Prohibited file types include but are not limited to executable files, script files, and potentially harmful files. The system automatically scans uploads for security purposes.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Temadrop. However, by uploading content, you grant Temadrop a limited license to store and share that content as directed by you through the service's features.

You must not upload content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any party. Temadrop reserves the right to remove content that is reported as infringing.

7. File Sharing and Privacy

When you share files through Temadrop, you create unique links that allow others to access your files. You are responsible for managing who has access to these links. Please note that:

• Files shared on Temadrop are not encrypted
• Anyone with the share link can access your shared files
• You can unshare files at any time by removing the share link

8. Account Termination

Temadrop reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Temadrop administrators. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and all files associated with your account may be deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TEMADROP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TEMADROP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT YOUR FILES WILL BE SECURE OR NOT OTHERWISE LOST OR DAMAGED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMADROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

Temadrop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Temadrop is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
